By creating an account or using snapstiq.com, you agree to these Terms.
The service
SnapStiQ provides golf league scoring, scheduling tools, and related notifications for golfers and courses. Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian’s consent where required) to use the service.
SMS terms
If you opt in to SMS, SnapStiQ may send text messages about league schedules, tee times, scoring reminders, and course specials from our toll-free number. Frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help. Consent is not required to use paid features of the product. We do not sell SMS consent to third parties.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, spam other users, or use SnapStiQ for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Golf outcomes and third-party course offers are outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Theta Gator LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SnapStiQ.
