This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use SnapStiQ (the golf league and course messaging product at snapstiq.com) and related SMS services.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, league/course affiliation, scoring and round data you enter, and account preferences. If you opt in to SMS, we store your mobile number and consent record.
How we use information
We use your information to operate SnapStiQ, manage leagues and scores, provide customer support, and (only if you opt in) send SMS messages about league schedules, tee times, scoring reminders, and course specials.
SMS / text messaging
If you check the SMS opt-in box (or otherwise clearly consent), you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from SnapStiQ. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. You can also contact us at scott@edge7consulting.com. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell your phone number. We do not sell SMS consent to third parties.
Sharing
We use service providers (such as Twilio for SMS delivery and hosting providers) to operate the product. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention & security
We retain account and consent records as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
Your choices
You may update account details in the app, opt out of SMS by replying STOP, or request access/deletion by emailing scott@edge7consulting.com.
